Quick Edge has launched the Wireless Broadband Internet Service in Lusaka, Mansa, Mufulira and soon to other towns. This service is ideal for small to medium size organizations and residential areas.
The customer premises equipment (CPE) consists of a wireless radio with either a built-in antenna or an external Yagi antenna which points to the Quick Edge base station. The customer needs to purchase the CPE, and this is going at a very affordable price. This service comes with unlimited Internet access, without any bandwidth capping. As long as a client pays for the month, he will have access the whole of that month regardless of the time he spends online, or amount of data he downloads.
